In one way or another, “audio branding” had long been a product offered to clients at Southern Cross Austereo, insofar as it was a broadcast media company with a strong emphasis on audio assets and a large client base who’ve needed commercials and jingles to promote their products.
In 2018 it was a personal highlight to formalize our audio branding offering under a new banner - Brand Sound - establishing a suite of new products for SCA clients, creating a new stream of non-spot revenue for SCA, launching a market-exclusive partnership with audio-benchmarking specialists Veritonic, and building a respective team of writers, musicians and audio engineers within The Studio at SCA.
